2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1 Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plan purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.

The 30-day period begins on the date of your initial purchase or service activation, whichever occurs first.

2.2 Coverage

Our money-back guarantee covers the following:

  • Monthly hosting plan fees (Starter, Business, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate plans)
  • First-time purchases of hosting services
  • Initial billing cycle charges only

2.3 Exclusions

The following are NOT covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Domain name registration or transfer fees

  • Premium support packages or add-on services

  • Third-party services or software licenses
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Email hosting add-ons
  • Promotional or discounted domain registrations
  • Renewals of existing hosting services
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades

2.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

  2. Provide your account information and order number
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated for service improvement)
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for refund processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refunds After the 30-Day Period

3.1 General Policy

After the initial 30-day period, hosting services are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancelled services or unused portions of billing periods, except as specifically outlined below.

3.2 Service Failure Exceptions

We may provide refunds or service credits after the 30-day period in the following circumstances:

  • Extended Service Outages: If our services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues within our control, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit
  • Breach of Service Level Agreement: If we fail to meet our uptime guarantees as specified in our Terms & Conditions, you may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA
  • Billing Errors: If we incorrectly charge your account, we will refund the incorrect charges upon verification
  • Fraudulent Charges: If unauthorized charges appear on your account due to security breaches within our systems, we will provide appropriate refunds

3.3 Discretionary Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may provide refunds outside the standard policy at our sole discretion. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and consider factors such as:

  • Length of time as a customer
  • Nature and severity of service issues
  • Mitigation efforts attempted
  • Account history and previous refund requests

4. Domain Name Refunds

4.1 Domain Registration Policy

Domain name registrations and transfers are subject to the policies of the respective domain registries and are generally non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, the registration fee cannot be refunded, even within the 30-day money-back guarantee period for hosting services.

4.2 Domain Registration Exceptions

Refunds for domain registrations may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The domain was registered due to a clear error on our part
  • Technical issues prevented the domain from being properly registered
  • The domain registration was fraudulent or unauthorized

Domain refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of registration and are subject to verification and registry policies.

5. Add-On Services and Products

5.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following add-on services and products are non-refundable once purchased or activated:

  • Website migration services
  • Premium SSL certificates
  • Website design or development services
  • SEO optimization services
  • Email marketing tools
  • Backup storage upgrades
  • Priority support packages
  • White-label reseller features

5.2 Service Credits

In cases where add-on services fail to perform as advertised due to issues within our control, we may offer service credits for future use rather than cash refunds.

6. Account Termination and Cancellation

6.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your services until the end of the paid period.

No refunds are provided for the unused portion of your billing cycle, except during the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

6.2 Company-Initiated Termination

If we terminate your account due to violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be provided for the current billing period or any prepaid services.

6.3 Data Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to retrieve any necessary files, databases, or content. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Promotional Offers and Discounts

7.1 Promotional Period Refunds

If you purchase services at a promotional rate or with a discount code, refunds will be calculated based on the discounted price you actually paid, not the regular retail price.

7.2 Free Trial Periods

If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied to your account. Once a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies from the date of the first paid charge.

7.3 Multi-Year Prepayment

If you prepay for multiple years of service at a discounted rate, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies. However, the refund amount will be calculated based on the discounted multi-year price, not a prorated monthly rate.

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds to credit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Refunds to PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Refunds to bank accounts: 7-14 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed on our end.

8.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

If the original payment method is no longer available or has expired, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method.

8.3 Partial Refunds

9. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

9.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated for services that were properly delivered and used are considered fraudulent. We will contest such chargebacks and may pursue legal action to recover losses, including the original charge amount, chargeback fees, legal fees, and other associated costs.

10. Service Credits

10.1 When Credits Are Issued

Service credits may be issued in lieu of refunds in the following situations:

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) violations
  • Extended service disruptions
  • Compensation for service quality issues
  • Goodwill gestures for customer retention
  • Resolution of service complaints

10.2 Credit Terms

Service credits:

  • Are applied to your account balance for future invoices
  • Cannot be transferred to other accounts
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Expire 12 months from the date of issuance if unused
  • Are forfeited if your account is terminated or cancelled

10.3 Credit Usage

Credits are automatically applied to your next invoice. You can view your credit balance in your account dashboard under "Billing & Credits."

11. Exceptions and Special Cases

11.1 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for providing refunds for service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, or widespread internet service provider failures.

11.2 Third-Party Service Failures

We are not responsible for refunds related to failures of third-party services that integrate with our hosting, including but not limited to domain registries, SSL certificate authorities, payment processors, or CDN providers.

11.3 Customer-Caused Issues

No refunds are provided for service disruptions or data loss caused by:

  • Customer errors or misconfigurations
  • Security breaches due to weak passwords or compromised credentials
  • Malware or hacking resulting from insecure customer code
  • Exceeding resource allocations
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy

  • Fraudulent refund claims
  • Excessive data transfer before cancellation

Accounts identified as abusing our refund policy may be permanently banned from using our services.
